Terms of engagement

What this is, and who runs it

MyHeadhunter is an invite-only, early-access product that helps you run a serious job search: positioning, CV work, role discovery and scoring, application packs, follow-ups, interview preparation, and coaching. It is operated by ComunAI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17081930, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ), and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Part of comun.ai

A fulfilling job empowers an individual and strengthens the community around them. That's why MyHeadhunter belongs to the comun.ai family of products — one mission: empowering individuals and strengthening communities. Most of that work began in health and focus; this product carries it into working life. The same principles apply across the family — your data serves you, claims stay grounded in evidence, and the human stays in charge.

You review everything. You send everything.

The product drafts; you decide. Nothing is ever submitted to an employer, recruiter, or anyone else on your behalf — by design there is no auto-apply and no auto-send. Every document the AI produces must be reviewed by you before you use it. AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or oddly phrased; treating it as final without reading it is the one way to get hurt with this product, so don't.

No invention, on either side

The product is built not to invent facts about you — it only works from what you provide and flags gaps instead of papering over them. In return, don't use it to misrepresent yourself: fabricated credentials, qualifications, or experience are a misuse of the service.

No outcome guarantees

We help you run a sharper search. We do not and cannot promise interviews, offers, salaries, or timelines, and nothing here is career, legal, or financial advice.

Where roles come from

Postings on your board come from public sources — job boards, aggregator APIs, public company career pages — and from alert emails you choose to forward. They belong to the employers who wrote them, and they can be stale, inaccurate, or withdrawn without notice. Check the live posting before you invest time in an application; our fit scores are decision support, and the decisions are yours.

Your content

Everything you put in — your CV, answers, notes — remains yours. You give us permission to process it solely to provide the service (including the AI processing described in our privacy page). Delete your account and that permission ends with it.

Early access, plainly

The product is young and changes weekly. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn; the service is provided as-is, and during the free early-access period our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us — which is nothing — to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. When paid plans arrive, existing members get clear notice and pricing before anything is charged.

Fair use of your account

Accounts are personal and invite-only; you must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to use the service. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, reselling access, bulk-generating content unrelated to a real job search, or anything unlawful. We'd rather talk first — write to hello@myheadhunter.app.

When these terms change

The product evolves quickly and these terms will evolve with it. The date at the top always tells you the current version; for material changes we email members before the change takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the updated terms — if you don't, delete your account and we part as friends.
