For employers
Support everyone
you let go — not just
the senior tier.
Traditional outplacement runs to thousands of pounds a head, so most companies can only fund it for a handful of senior people. Everyone else gets a workshop, a CV template and good wishes. MyHeadhunter costs a fraction of that, which means you can give the same support to every person affected — and it keeps working for months, long after the workshop is over.
What each person actually gets
- A search that runs every morning against their targets, not a job board login they have to remember to visit.
- An honest assessment of each role — scored against their real CV, with the reasons for and against, and the keywords the advert wants that their CV doesn't yet evidence.
- A tailored CV and cover note for roles they choose to pursue, grounded in their actual history — nothing invented, ever.
- Follow-up discipline — the thing almost everyone skips, scheduled and drafted, sent by them.
- Interview preparation built from the specific gaps between their experience and that role.

The full mechanics are here — the same page your people will read.
Nothing is ever sent on their behalf
There is no auto-apply, and there never will be. Your former employees will not be spraying AI-written applications across your industry with your sponsorship attached to them. Every application is chosen, edited and sent by the person themselves.
That matters for them — mass-applying is what makes a search feel degrading and is increasingly filtered out anyway — and it matters for you, because their conduct during the search reflects on the company that funded it.
You will not be able to see what they're doing
This is deliberate, and we'd rather say it plainly than have it discovered in a procurement review. You will never see an individual's searches, applications, CV or scores — not on a dashboard, not on request. What we can report is aggregate engagement across the cohort, and only where the group is large enough that no one is identifiable by subtraction.
A support benefit that doubles as surveillance isn't support, and the people you're trying to help will work that out immediately. The account is theirs, and it stays theirs after the sponsorship ends.
How it works commercially
- You buy a block of places for a fixed period — six months suits a real search.
- We send each person a private invitation. They set up their own account; you don't administer it.
- Unused places aren't wasted — talk to us about how you want them handled.
- Price depends on the number of people. Tell us your numbers and we'll tell you exactly what it costs — no per-seat maze.
We're early and we say so: MyHeadhunter is live, in use, and being improved daily by the person who built it. If you want a polished enterprise vendor with a call centre, that isn't us. If you want the people you're letting go to have something that genuinely works, start a conversation.
Talk to us
Tell us roughly how many people and when. We'll come back with what it would cost and what we'd need from you — a real reply from a person, usually within a day.
MyHeadhunter is a product of ComunAI Ltd (company no. 17081930), registered with the ICO (ZC105811). Data handling is set out in our privacy notice, including a section written for people whose employer is paying — worth reading before you commit them to anything. A data processing agreement is available on request; it covers the invitation list you give us, because the rest of the data is theirs and stays that way.
